Pumpkin Spice Protein Waffles
Yields: 1 serving
Mix all of the ingredients above in a bowl. Mix until they are evenly combined and there are no clumps. Once your batter is smooth, pour it into your waffle and cook for about 4 minutes on medium. I would keep checking yours though because all waffle makers are different 🙂
I topped mine with peanut butter co dark chocolate dreams peanut butter, walden farms chocolate syrup, chocolate granola, and enjoy life chocolate chips.

Can you make these without the protein powder?
Absolutely! I’d just sub it for more regular flour so that substance is still there 🙂 Hope this helps! Let me know if you try it!
