So every time I’ve tried to make crepes in the past, they’ve always been too eggy, or hard to roll up. Today when I woke up, I had an epiphany on how to make the perfect crepe (is it weird that food is my first thought when I wake up?). I realized that in my previous attempts, I had over complicated the recipe and put too much thought into it. This is honestly the easiest recipe ever and took me about 10 minutes to make. What are you waiting for?! Go make these now!
Yields: 3
Crepes
That’s it! Combine the ingredients above in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour 1/3 of the batter into a heated, sprayed pan, and then proceed to cook the crepes one at a time. Cook on medium for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until you think they look as done as you like them. Once you have 3 crepes, roll them up with a filling of your choice. I used strawberries and bananas that I tossed in honey.

I tried the creeps this morning and they were great! The only thing is, mine were not as flat. What could I do to fix? Was there not enough of one item or to much of another item? Thanks again for the great recipe! Will try more!
Norma,
Thank you so much for trying them! I’m so pleased that you enjoyed them. My thought is that you possibly didn’t spread yours out into the pan! When I poured mine into the pan, I spread it around into a bigger, thinner circle with a spoon 🙂 I hope that helps next time you make them! Thanks again, you are wonderful!
