Want a way to get your daily vegetable intake in without actually eating vegetables?
This smoothie is for YOU. I’m telling you, you don’t taste the spinach at ALL. Before I had tried a green smoothie, I was insanely skeptical of them. I really believed that somehow they would taste like you were drinking a salad (ew), or just like plain old veggies. I truly have never been more wrong in my entire life. Ninety-nine percent of the time I make smoothies, I put spinach in them. It’s just so easy, you don’t even know it’s there (besides the color), AND it’s nutritional value is out of this world.
I dare you to give this a try! Blend this up, pour it into a cup that isn’t clear, then give it to someone and ask them to tell you what it tastes like. The answer should be something along the lines of “perfect, wonderful, heaven sent”, etc. They will never guess spinach. Even my brother who truly detests any vegetables besides carrots and celery, drinks this smoothie every morning. It’s THAT good.

Green Smoothie
Just combine everything into a blender, and blend until smooth. It’ll come out super thick and sorbet like. Top it with whatever you like! Personally I think everything is more fun with sprinkles 😉
