Who doesn’t love a good classic? Even though strawberry banana smoothies are as classic as you can get, they sure are delicious. Sweet bananas + tart strawberries = match made in heaven.
Adding oats to this combo helps to give the flavor a little more depth, all while adding more volume to the drink. This smoothie serves as a great breakfast, or a great mid-day pick me up. With this classic combo around, you will never get “hangry” (which we all suffer from, I am so annoying when i’m hungry), and your sugar cravings will be in check.

Strawberry Banana Oat Shake
Yields: 1 large smoothie or 2 small ones
** I love adding chia seeds + extra strawberries to the top to make it more nutrient dense.
