If you like Pina Coladas, and getting caught in the rain, then this recipe is for you. Now that the heat of summer is officially here, everyone is trying to get their hands on something fresh and cold to help cool them down. While cold drinks are essential to summer time happiness, most of the ones available for order at restaurants / bars are filled with nasty refined sugars and heavy milk ingredients.
Because of this, I decided to recreate one of my favorite drinks ever into something a lot better for you, and a lot better for your waistline as well. This drink requires little to no ingredients (everything can be purchased at the dollar store), and is blended up in a matter of minutes. This Pina Colada recipe is perfect for blending up for a group, or for cutting in half and having a nice big drink to yourself. While you can make an adult version by adding rum, you are more than welcome to leave out the rum if you’d prefer a virgin colada. No matter which way you chose to enjoy it, it will still be absolutely delicious.
If you guys try out this recipe, please let me know how you liked it! Try to stay cool and enjoy the sunshine. Hope you’re all having a great week, xo.

**Coconut cream from a can works best for this recipe. It is best to buy a can of Full Fat Coconut Milk, leave it in the fridge overnight, then scoop out the thick cream that separated from the liquid.
