These pancakes are my go to breakfast recipe. They require very little ingredients, and are ingredients that I almost alwayssss have in my pantry. Because they are loaded with carbs and protein, they are sure to keep you full for hours. I like to have these for my post workout meal to refuel my body with whole, natural food.
Easiest Protein Pancakes
Yields: 1 or 2 servings
Mix all of the ingredients above in a blender or food processor. Pour the batter onto a sprayed pan and cook over medium heat until each side is lightly browned.
Then top with anything you’d like! I generally use walden farms syrup, some kind of fruit, granola, or chocolate chips.

ALSO, I am so excited to announce that I wrote a blog post for one of my new favorite blogs, Boho Daily. I am so pleased that I was able to collaborate with this blog. They post about health & wellness, yoga & spirit, daily living, style, and inspiration.
This blog is run by TinyDevotions.com. They sell gorgeous, unique necklaces made from Mala beads, as well as many other beautiful things. On their site it explains that
“Our mala beads represent the free spirited lifestyle of living your dreams,
following your passions and looking good as you do it.”
Who wouldn’t love that? The necklace that I am wearing below is one that you can purchase on their website. Ever since I’ve gotten it, i’ve worn it almost every day! It’s so comfortable and a perfect edition to any outfit.
Please go check out the guest blog post I did for Boho Daily about “How To Get Back on Track After the Holidays”. Like many, after the holidays, I always feel that it is hard to jump back into my regular routine. This post is really helpful for everyone and details short, easy steps to getting back into your routine with NO stress in NO time!
Feel free to go check it out here.
