First things first, who doesn’t love waffles? I know I do! I don’t think I’ve ever met someone who isn’t a fan of waffles. They’re good with fruit, syrup, chocolate chips, granola, and obviously, icecream. A perk about waffles, is that they’re so much easier than pancakes. There’s no flipping, OR shaping involved. Waffle makers are definitely made for lazy people (me).
Anyway, here’s my go to waffle recipe. It serves 2 normally hungry people, or 1 super hungry individual! I regularly use this recipe all for myself, or i’ll split it with my mom (even if I don’t want to ;).
Waffles (depending on waffle maker size)
After you have added all the ingredients to the blender, blend again until you have a smooth batter. Then, spray your waffle maker, and cook like waffles! I think these are best topped with tons of fruit, and Walden Farms pancake syrup. When cooked in my waffle maker, this makes two big waffles.
