Bacon, Egg and Cheese (mcdonalds healthified!)
Yields: One
Sandwhich
First, pour your egg whites into a greased pan and cook on medium heat until fully cooked. Then, fold the egg whites into a square party with your spatula and remove from the stove. Chop your cheese into pieces, and place on top of the egg patty to melt. Next, cook the turkey bacon and assemble your sandwhich. Put the egg patty and cheese on a slice of bread with the turkey bacon on top. It’s optional but I topped that with spinach and garlic. Last, top your bacon with a piece of bread and place back onto the pan. Cook both sides and push down with the spatula, so that all the the ingredients form together like a panini. Once everything is melted and the outsides of the bread are toasted, it is ready to eat!
