If you haven’t made your own popsicles before, I suggest you start now 🙂 Popsicles are healthy, easy to make, ridiculously cost efficient, and a super tasty treat. All of those things are awesome, right? Even though i’d regularly go for a fudge bar over something fruity, lemon is a nice, refreshing change of pace. These popsicles are ridiculously good for you, and very low calorie (you could eat all four and they still wouldn’t be considered bad!). They also require barely any ingredients and you can even get a popsicle mold at the dollar store (best dollar ever spent).
Honey Lemon Popsicles
Combine all of the ingredients above in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds and let set over night. When ready to eat, run hot water over popsicle molds to loosen them from the mold. Eat & enjoy!
