These protein balls are a delicious, any time snack. They take less than 10 minutes to make, and even less time to eat 😉 They’re awesome broken up into oatmeal, smothered in dark chocolate, or eaten by themselves.
The minimal ingredients makes the prep, and clean up super easy. Also, since everything is combined in one bowl, you don’t need a lot of room to make these. Because they’re so simple and convenient, I command that all make these at once!
No Bake (Low Fat) Peanut Butter Bliss Balls

* ^ you can absolutely use regular peanut butter for this. I used pb2 to lower the fat content.
First, combine protein, oats, and honey in a large bowl. Next, mix your pb2 with any liquid. Once it is a peanut butter consistency, combine it with your other ingredients. Last, add almond milk and mix everything until it is all combined (I had to use my hands). Once it’s combined, place it nj the fridge for an hour. When the time
is up, take out the bowl, and roll your batter into small balls 🙂 Eat immediately, or store in the fridge so that they become harder.
