Gluten Free, High Protein, AND Vegan Pancakes. That’s a mouthful isn’t it? Regularly when people hear any those words they assume that the food associated with them is going to be bland, tasteless, boring, and feel like cardboard.
These pancakes though, they break the mold. That’s really why I like blogging so much, I want to show people that food can be good for you, intolerance free, and completely DELICIOUS. These pancakes are soft, fluffy, easy to make, and totally guilt free. Make these for yourself or for any of your friends ridden with intolerances who think they can’t enjoy happiness like pancakes.
