These pancakes are pure bliss. They remind me of lazy, carefree mornings. Doesn’t that sound nice?
Honestly though, these are super tasty. They’re soft, moist, fluffy, and packed full of nutrients. These pancakes are a sure fire crowd pleaser. They take very minimal time to make, and have a very basic flavor that everyone will like. Enjoy!
Classic Banana Pancakes
Yields: 2
servings
Blend all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor until a smooth batter forms. Pour small pancakes onto a greased griddle. Cook until bubbles appear on top, then flip over. Cook like pancakes until all of the batter is gone. Then, go crazy with toppings! I used melted peanut butter, walden farms chocolate syrup, “enjoy life” chocolate chips, homemade granola, and extra banana slices 🙂 These are also delicious on their own, so if you don’t want to add on the extra calories from toppings, they’ll still be awesome!
