Warm carmel apple cinnamon oats :’) Everything about that is perfect, isn’t it? Apple cinnamon is a combination I’ll never get bored of. Something about it is just so comforting and always reminds me of fall. These oats take less than 5 minutes to make, AND beat the heck out of having to make breakfast in the morning.
Overnight oats are insanely convenient if you’re always on the go, or just constantly in a rush (like me). Plus, they are always 10 times tastier than anything I would whip up in my sleep deprived morning frenzy.
When you make these, I promise you’ll be obsessed with overnight oats forever. The convenience, deliciousness, and nutrients are too awesome not to love. Hey, you could definitely have worse obsessions though, right?
Carmel Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats

First, measure out all of your dry ingredients, and combine them in a bowl. Mix evenly, then add the your milk. Once everything is stirred together, pour your mixture into a jar or cup to set over night. Top your mixture with a chopped apple, and a sprinkle more of cinnamon. Let the oats soak over night. Then, in the morning, they are ready to eat! Because I wanted them to taste like warm apple pie, I heated mine up in the microwave for about a minute. Then I added some granola, my homemade carmel sauce (that is featured in this post here http://goo.gl/wrJ21U), and some Soyatoo brand whipped cream. Sooooo delicious!
