Warm, gooey, comforting, and just the right amount of sweetness, this oatmeal is SO good. I really love anything in the form of a pie, cobbler, or crumble. As much as I love chocolate, I can never deny a good blueberry cobbler.
This recipe is good for any meal, who says oatmeal has to be confined to breakfast? This takes close to 5 minutes to make, so it’s even good to prep for school/work mornings! Often times, I’ll make my oatmeal the night before, then make the blueberry topping really quick in the morning. It always warms me up and gives me a comforting, sweet start to my day.
Blueberry Cobbler Oatmeal
Yields: 1 serving
Time: 5 minutes
* Tasty additions to this are pecans, walnuts, granola, shredded coconut, or even some cinnamon sprinkled on top!
