Beach Day Outfit

Hi guys! I’m sorry i’ve been so absent on here lately. In the past month, i’ve been traveling a lot to different beach towns with friends so i’m just getting settled back in this week (before I head out on another trip next week hahah). Since summer is in full swing, I thought it’d be really fun to highlight some of my favorite beach essentials & beach outfits for the season. I love beach wear because it doesn’t have to be totally practical + is always really fun and colorful.

The coverup i’m wearing below has to be one of my favorites that i’ve gotten this season. From the tassels, to the shape, to the sheer white nature, I love everything about it. Boohoo has so many awesome / affordable coverups for summer, i’d highly recommend checking out their entire array here. Anyway, my other beach essentials are the classics: a big bag to throw everything in, a hat to shade your eyes, and cute sunnies. The tote i’m using here is really great. I grabbed it from Target for under $30 which is always a great deal as bags can be sooo pricey! I figured that this was a bag I would love for seasons to come so I knew it was worth the price.

Lastly, I feel like i’ve really hit the jackpot in the sunglasses department this season because I am obsessed with the Miu Miu pair I am wearing here. While they’re a little more than I’d regularly spend, sunglasses are something that I feel like are a good investment because you use them almost every day. Plus, I get huge headaches if my eyes aren’t shaded from the sun (truly annoying but keeps my face from getting burnt haha) so i’m almost always willing to drop a little more on a good hat or pair of sunnies.
